Teachable Moments provides part-time and full-time programs 7:30AM-5:30PM or until 6:00 Extended Day. Open Year Round.
We are licensed to care for children from 2 months to 8 years old. We provide a safe, nurturing, convenient and enjoyable place for children to play and learn. Activities include: story-time, dramatic play, music and movement, art, science, math and manipulative stations. Teachable Moments is your local childcare program. We provide an environment which is largely based on the (interests) of children through an emergent curriculum. Teachers follow the children’s lead and then introduce exciting activities to sustain their interest and deepen their exploration. Emergent Curriculum is socially and intellectually engaging and personally meaningful to children.
